Prepare for Your Security Health Medicare Review

There is one more short step that will help us prepare for your appointment.

Please complete the Medicare review form before we talk. It gives us the information we need to look over the doctors and hospitals you use, your prescriptions and pharmacy, and the Medicare options available in your area. That way, when we talk, we can spend more time going over your choices and answering your questions instead of starting from scratch.

Completing this ahead of time gives us more time during your appointment to review your choices and answer your questions.

What We Can Review

When a Security Health Medicare Advantage plan is ending, there can be several things to look at before choosing new coverage for 2027.

The information you provide can help us prepare to:

  • Check whether your doctors and hospitals participate in the network of a Medicare Advantage plan you are considering.
  • Review how your prescription drugs are covered and the pharmacies you use.
  • Understand your current Medicare coverage and what is changing for 2027.
  • Compare Medicare Advantage options available where you live.
  • Discuss whether Original Medicare with a Wisconsin Medicare Supplement may be an option worth considering.

Having this information before we meet means we can spend less time gathering basic information and more time reviewing the options that matter to you.

Keep Your Security Health Letter

Please keep the letter you received from Security Health about your Medicare Advantage coverage.

The notice explains that the letter may be proof of a special right to buy a Medigap policy or join another Medicare plan. We may need information from that letter when we review your situation.

If possible, have the letter with you when we talk.

Please have your Security Health letter available for your appointment.
